Viper by Remus

I don't know if any others out there have a Remus Viper fitted to their FJ11. Mines SS with a double outlet at the rear. I've had the exhaust off today for cleaning and installing copper washers at the engine headers.
Strange? All fit's back OK except surely the support for the muffler should be attached to the original rubber mounted hole. Not the passenger peg, where it appears to now fit comfortably.
