I disagree with the method the guy in the vid used a bit.  I have found that with some clutches/ brakes the nipple valve must be closed before (hopefully just before) the lever hits the stop.  For whatever reason, it seems to provide less opportunity for air to be re-introduced into the system.  But that may just be me being anal.  

Anyway, it's roughly as easy as demonstrated there.
