Touch up paint for '84 FJ1100...would '92 FJ1200 work?

I need to touch up some of the silver paint on the fairing of my '84 FJ.  Colorrite lists the silver paint for the '92-'93 FJ1200, but not the older 1100.  Does anyone know if this is the same color silver?
If not, does anyone know of another source of touch up paint for the FJ?

Short Answer: No, not the same color.

Reviewing the File section we put together on Yamaha FJ paint codes, shows different names for the '84 silver (quartz silver) and the '92 silver (marble silver) I have a '84 and a '92 and they are not the same silver.
On my '84 I have found that the 2005 Porsche Boxster silver is a dead nuts match for the '84's quartz silver. HTH   Cheers!  Pat

Thanks.  Porsche it is.  Do you have any more information on the paint, such as the actual color name or color code?  I looked it up on some auto touch up paint sites and it seems that there is a dozen or more different silvers associated with a 2005 Boxster.

As far as I know on the USA Boxsters, it was the only silver "body color" offered. Body color, not trim color. In 2005 Porsche did not offer different shades of silver on the USA Boxter. I don't know the mfgr.'s color code, sorry. Should be pretty easy to find.  Pat
