My ghost 1200 has a scorpion header and tailpipe with k&n filters.  I just took my carbs off and cleans the bowls.  I am a little nervous about completely taking them apart because of having to resync them.  The jet in the bowl is the main jet correct?  Mine is 110.  Is this ok for the exhaust and pod filters that I have?  I am at sea level.

There's two jets in the bowl area.  The main jet is the one that you immediately see, the pilot jet is buried in a recess right next to the main jet.

With a full exhaust and individual filters, I'd go up to a 122.5, or at least a 120.

There's a lovely writeup on cleaning your carbs efficently here.
