sorry Harvy, Here is the short version.  when she found out the security guard posted it on Youtube she hired a lawyer and got him fired.
she started crying because people were laughing at her.

I believe she wants to sue the mall, but not because they had the audacity to put a fountain in the middle of it, but because they were insensitive enough to place security cameras all about and have actual live guards monitoring them. Clearly, the guy who posted this thing to You Cylinder is not Paul Blart, but how can she honestly think that litigation is the answer? I'm a dipshit, I did something insanely stupid, it was seen by others; now I'm going to sue!!

She's got legal issues besides the fountain thing... reportedly, pending charges include 5 counts of theft by deception and receiving stolen property.     (popcorn)

She probably won't even get the full 15 minutes.
