Fjers, here's a one.
Compare and contrast, if you will, the pros and cons of front tire aspect ratios 60 versus 70.
Read much on the web, which muddied the idea rather than set out a straight conclusion.
Most seem to think a 60 provides slower more stable steering, whereas a 70 is more flickable.
However some say that a 60 is quicker because it lowers the front end a bit thus altering and sharpening the steering geometry.
Some say a 70 gives a plusher ride as it can absorb bumpy road surfaces better.
Does it really make a halfpenny jizz worth of difference anyway?

i have run both several times and on my FJ i have found the 70 AR to provide a better ride and slightly better side to side transitions.

turn in is slightly slower with the 60 AR but it feels better when heeled all the way over in a corner (slightly more planted feeling)

its also possible to get all the way to the edge of the 60AR tire during cornering where if you try to do that with the 70 AR you will not be connected to the motorcycle anymore.

it's basically a matter of feel and the handling characteristcs you prefer for the roads you ride.

(i run 70AR exclusively now)
