Just so I'm clear, did you use R1 can and collector on FJ headers?
Noel
The headers I owned were indeed Supertrapp, so I know this mod works.

second using the R1 type muffler.
I've done the same thing to mine. got tired of the noise.

Looking for a 2 1/2 " inlet slip-on muffler to replace my Supertrapp. Can't seem to find
any with a 2 1/2" inlet.
thanks

was you able to find one yet?

When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

No still looking still a little cold to ride. Today i'm going to pull the cam cover and check
the valve clearance and order a factory jet kit. And give it a good cleaning. Just finished
my KTM 620 SM a 4 month recon.

Well it looks like i need a valve adjustment. And i see that i'm going to need 4 new carb holders i see
some cracks in them. It just never ends.

Par for the course, trust me. Its all fairly straight forward stuff you're dealing with though so don't worry. Any questions anytime just give us all a shout. :drinks:
