I've often been asked, 'What do you old folks do now that you're retired'?

"Well. I'm fortunate to have a chemical engineering background, and one of the things I enjoy most is turning beer, wine, Scotch, and margaritas into urine."

What could the guy do? No one wants to be seen riding behind a pink bus.

well I think the title should have been, how not to overtake,.... what a dip shit.  I know we all get tired of following a slow vehicle on twisty roads but ya gotta pick the corner wisely.

that bike didn't have enough poop to get around a moped.  :negative:

Kind of reminds me of that road SanDimasMike took me down (minus the pink bus). it was wide enough to only have one lane. Put stripes down the middle and it would pass for a bicycle path. Needless to say we took it slow and hugged the edge of the road till it widened out again. Kind of hard to enjoy the view when your worried about what might be coming around the next blind corner. It would be a fun road with spotters at either end and radios.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

He is just an "ASSHOLE".  Let's just hope the
other two riding on the correct side of the road lived !

We used to have LOTS of rides like that at past West Coast Rallies.  They were affectionally called "Goat Trails" (the affectionally part probably only by me).  I loved them!  Others; not so much...

I agree.

A living example of the Darwinian theory of nature's selective breeding process weeding out brainless twats with no correctly functioning survival instinct.... And so another dickhead makes it okay for lawmakers to impose more and more rules to control even those who prove they don't need 'em...

And if he survived, he probably wants to slap a lawsuit on the council for failing to warn of the impending danger in overtaking on a blind corner.

I get that at work too in mining - idiots who are in the wrong line of work just for the money, so now we have to do hours of critical safety analysis and paperwork just to change a damn headlight globe..... :dash2:

Mate,
That looks like Indonesia.
No too much suing of councils there.

The road Mike took was a real road, just narrow, the road Simi_Ed took us on was a %$#@ Goat trail. 3JagsSteve had oil leaking out out of his forks after the bone jarring ride following Ed and I. His fork seals were fairly new. It was a good road for Ed to test his suspension mods though.
