We seem to be overrrun by spam!

I'd been reporting spam, this morning it seems really out of control.  Should I report it all, or is RPM aware?  Many thanks for hosting this forum.

Yes, please report them. I check when I get on and the reports make it easy to remove the topics/messages and slam the ban hammer on those ip addresses.

Hate to say, they are using AI 'bots to generate a lot of it. I like the AI concept, but this is probably the least of the mis-uses that we will see in the future. 
I haven't seen any good prevention measures, short of limiting the posts of new members to two or three, until we can see what they are up to. Maybe a monitor could inspect those few posts first, before even letting them onto the board.
I don't want anybody to waste time by replying to those posts; those that don't seem human can just be ignored.
