Yesterday was the Official Public unveiling for the Streetfighter 1200. I rode with Dale on his Vmax 1700 and Joe on his Ninja 1000SX. 135 miles for the day.
All of the weaving issues have disappeared and the suspension is much better but still a bit harsh. The fork seals are weeping a bit. I will change to a lighter fork oil and see of that works. I am not sure what to do with the RPM rear shock. I have the spring preload backed all the way out.

I'm not the fastest FJ rider, I am 'half-fast', the fastest slow guy....

You probably need to put a softer spring on it. The bike is much lighter in street fighter mode than it ever was in stock form.
