Hi All,

I am restoring an FJ1100 and rather than modifying it I +am trying my first concourse resto.

I am looking for the the 2 wave washers and the flat washer that go into the front forks and sit below the tapered spindle that goes ovber the "Compression Cylinder". I cant find originals at Yamaha Australia or on CMSNL. I have even tried sourcing some that are close from many engineering suppliers but cant get anything that fits.

Part numbers are:

36Y2319L00  x 2  (2566 on diagram)
36Y2319M00 x 4   (2667 on diagram)

If anyone can direct me to either someone that has these or a supplier that can provide something close that will fir I will be very grateful. The diargram is below

Let me know

I spent about an hour and a half trying to track down either part but everywhere- The US, France, Italy, Netherlands, England, Germany, Japan seems to be out of them. There is one of the flat washers available on eBay

The only other website that does not officially list either one as out of stock is from Greece. You will have to contact them for availability and pricing though. I doubt they have it either but it is worth a shot

That is for OEM parts. If you can use used ones there are plenty of forks for sale online you could use for parts

Thanks Isaiah1611. I have seen the Ebay part and have been in contact with the seller. It is the only one that he has and with the Ebay freight it would mean one little stainless washer would be just over A$100.

Ill check out the other link and see if I have any luck.

Might be better seeing if a local engineer can modify the ones I have purchased that are just a tiny bit small.
