Hi there just throwing it out there

Does anyone know what model of Ohlins shock fits the FJ1200 1TX? Ive got one fitted to my bike but I dont know what the model is

Thanks for that link Pat i was thinking of buying one but then found it to be discontinued that is typical !

On the 84-87 FJ's with the scissor type swing arm linkage, IMHO you need a height adjustable shock.
The Ohlins does not qualify.

However, I do like the Ohlins hydraulic spring preloader I want to see if I can adapt my Penske to use that feature.
