As a new member I would like to introduce myself. As the headline says, I'm from Denmark, Europe, and my name is Peter. I have been the happy owner of a FJ1200 since around 2002. I do all the repairs and generel service myself, and I like to modify things...  :good2:  And that is why I thought, I need to be a member of this forum. I see a wealth of knowledge, when I read about the different topics! And maybe I can add something too from time to time... Best regards from Dk, Peter.

Peter,

Welcome to our sandbox!  Pull up a seat, and be among friends.  If you want to upgrade parts of the bike, you have come to the right place.  We can help, with most projects.

Pictures are always welcome here; If you wish, you can show your bike, your scenery, and your roads.  We do not see much of Denmark, in the USA.
Cheers,
Red

P.S. Life is too short, and health is too valuable, to ride on cheap parade-duty tires.

Velkommen Peter,
From a fellow Dane. Just returned from visiting Vejle where I grew up. I bring my bicycle to ride around the beatiful valleys and country roads but always wish I could bring my FJ 1100 from here on those winding roads. Lucky enough to watch the Tour de France when stage 3 started in Vejle.. Wow! I have never seen so many Danes on the streets!
You will find this forum an excellent resource on how to tackle any repairs ,upgrades and modifications.
I envy  that you ride an FJ in Denmark but ofcourse no envy of not being able to ride it year round  :good2:

Welcome Peter, looks like a proper (clean) garage for your FJ.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
