I know some may chuckle at me just for asking, but here I go..

This is the inner fairing that surrounds the instrument cluster. I've looked all over the Internet and not found anything. Part retailers simply list it as unavailable.
The tabs were intact when I purchased the bike but when I took it apart they crumbled like soft cookie in my fingers. Plastic-weld-epoxy is amazing stuff but still one of them was lost. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.

Duanelr,

If the piece is good otherwise, and all you need are the mounting tabs, I would make new tabs from soft aluminum, and use plastic-specific epoxy to install them.  The tabs can be T- or Y-shaped, wider at the top than at the mounting bolts.  If necessary, you can install the new tabs using small screw-with-nuts.  If the mounting places are not flat for the aluminum, heat the aluminum in place using a soldering iron (or other heat source) gently, to make a flat spot on the plastic.
.
Cheers,
Red

P.S. Life is too short, and health is too valuable, to ride on cheap parade-duty tires.
