Anyone in Boise?

Looking for someone that can pick up a turbocharger listed on Craigslist and ship it to me.   The person won't ship it - local sales only.   I assume he is concerned about getting scammed.  Of course I'll cover shipping, boxing, and handling on top of the Craigslist price.
