A small posse.

It was a cool day and the wind was pushing in from the west but a small posse of riders had a few days free and rode out in search of a good steak and a cold beer.

Two pure-bred, a big brother and one from over seas where there for the journey to parts unknown...... well not really as we knew our destination "Maidenwell Hotel".

We first crossed the range before winding along back roads to stay clear of the traffic. A easy and steady pace was kept.

Once at our destination we drank,ate and discussed and solved the problems of the world.

Next morning found us dusty to say the lest. With Bacon and eggs in our bellies we headed home satisfied we were satisfied with the weekend.....

Looks like a nice ride.  No man eating spiders along the way? 

Isn't Australia supposed to have wonderful beef steaks?  Something about cattle country?
