Color codes for decal sets

Does anyone know what color the dark blue decal stripes are for the red and silver 84's are? I want to try and source some blank material to work with, but dont know the color, or code for it. I see that I can buy the whole decal sets, but thats not really what I'm looking for. I contacted a few companies who sell the full sets, and both told me that they could not sell me an uncut sheet. Any ideas?
