Hey guys:   here's one for you.

Just got my bike back running after 3 yrs down. When I signal to turn L, signal works as expected.  But I can't signal R unless I signal L first for one blink, then flip my lever to signal R and then R signal works fine. If I signal R first, nothing happens.  It was doing this prior to my bike going down 3 yrs ago.

I did open up the L handle switch and clean/lube it up prior to 3 yrs ago. Cant remember if that started things back then but it might have.

The problem is all part of the same switch assembly if you can make it work that way. Open it up and clean it.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Bigbore,

I bought an FJ switch assembly for my FJ from eBay, and mixed and matched the inside parts to make one good assembly from two flaky units.

P.S. Life is too short, and health is too valuable, to ride on cheap parade-duty tires.

I'll take another look at it and see if I can see the problem.  thanx
