Hey everybody,

I'm Greg and have owned my '87 FJ1200 for 23 years (original owner).  Though i have been tempted by the fruits of newer two wheeled sirens, the FJ has always had a place in my heart that no other bike has been able to fill.  Mind you, I'm not saying that I would turn down a new ZX-14 or S1000RR, but the FJ will always have a parking spot of honor in my garage.  No major mods or upgrades yet, though I'm getting ready to put in some Race Tech fork springs.  Haven't decided yet on the rear.

Be careful of the mod bug.  Once you've been bit, there's no going back.  Do the wheel upgrades and the thought of a newer bike will leave your head.

Born and raised in Portland, welcome.  I'm in Bend now. Love these Bikes. Have had this one for a couple weeks now. Had a XS1100 special before.
