I am looking for 1989 upwards forks for my 1986 FJ1200. Also the front wheel with rotors if possible.

I have done 2 Upside down front end conversions. I did a general cost comparison between the USD conversion and the late model 17" wheel and fork conversion for the 16" front wheel FJ's. I was surprised that there was only a few hundred dollars difference.
