Idle not dropping

Hey all, back at it again. I took my bike out this morning, for the first long ride since the chain broke. What i found was, once the bike was nice and hot, my idle stopped dropping like it should. The throttle was springing back fine, but as soon as i would pull in the clutch, the idle would stay at whatever it was before. say i was in 3rd, going 40 mph, cruising at 3800 rpm. As soon as i would let off the throttle to stop, if i used engine braking, the idle would come down fine. However, if i pulled in the clutch, it would stay at 3800 rpms, until i let the clutch out again. This sounds like just dirty carbs to me. Any thoughts?

About a month and a half. It was premium, with a fair bit of seafoam in it as well.
