Chopped wiring FJ1200 1990 3CV

I have a 1990 fj1200 the wiring loom has been chopped. Double checking wires to the loom and they dont seem to match what i have. Can anyone check the pictures and check ive got the right wires. Cheers.

Exactly what is your question? Are you asking what the black boxes are? I dunno what the first one is; second pic is the ignition box.  And how do you compare the wires to the loom? "Loom" is a somewhat obsolete term for wiring harness, so I can't figure out what you are trying to do.

Do you have a service manual? Any kind of wiring diagram?
