YZF600 Spacer Sizes/Factory - Need some help/dimensions

I haven't been able to get any of the YZF600 spacers for my rear wheel conversion. I'd hoped they might be with some of the various parts I bought, but no such luck. No big deal since I can just machine some from scratch, but it would be real helpful to know what size they were originally.

I've found dimensions for one of them posted on this board - see drawing below. I'm assuming that on that certain spacer (guessing it's the sprocket side, but not sure yet) the 8mm to be removed comes off of the 11mm dimension I show (all dims in mm). It's the other spacer I need to know the dimensions of, so I can be machining these while paint is drying on the wheels. So if anyone knows, or can measure an existing original (or altered for the conversion) spacer, I'd appreciate it so as to save the reverse engineering time.

Thanks for any help,

Rob

The spacer you show is the brake side spacer. it fits between the wheel bearing and the caliper bracket.  The drive side spacer measures 20mm ID, 40mm OD, by 19mm thick chamfered 1mm on all edges.

:yahoo: Thanks for the dimensions  :yahoo:

Appreciate the info on which side goes where; I had a 50/50 shot....though I had wondered that the step meant something and shortening it was beginning to feel wrong.

Nice of you to keep me headed the right direction,

Rob
