RPM LED Tail Light Issues

I am looking for customers who have purchased the RPM LED tail light and have or are having trouble with it. I am not sure when the lights started having issues exactly.

Over the last couple of months, there have been a couple of different issues crop up.

They are;

1) License/Tag light stops working and/or break completely off the circuit board. (You can see it lying on the bottom of the light)
2) Segments of the light grid stop working.
3) One or the other turn and/or the brake light quit working.
4) We have had one light returned with spider cracking of the lens.

Problems 2 & 3 are usually a broken wire internally.

I have removed all of the available inventory until these issues are remedied by the manufacture.

I got one of these lights off you nearly 3 years ago (well out of warranty now) but I had the first issue happen where the licence plate light stopped working. On investigation the circuit board had come free. I didn't borther contacting you as I had a spare plate light in my shed. I hope this gets fixed for you as i really like this product.

Randy, I don't know if you remember, but the tail light I bought from you several years ago was taken apart and the circuit board was installed in a OE FJ tail light, because that was the look I wanted.
I just did a function test and everything still works as it should.
No loose parts, either.
It's been one of the coolest mods I have done to my FJ and gives it a nice clean look from the rear by eliminating the rear turn signal stalks.
I hope you find the cause and keep these on the market.
