Rell should paint the top half of the helmet like a bandana,
with more "hair" on the lower half at the back and sides.
Then you'd fit right in with the cruiser crowd (NO helmet!).

Of course, there are some cartoon heads available as helmet covers, such as Elmo from Sesame Street:

Already been done on an FJ... And yes, that is Tahoe PD taking a picture to show his dispatcher. A call came in about a group of motorcycles and one of them had an ORANGE helmet.
