Autodrjr, great choice on the year, another 86' in the club. Now that your in the cult you need the cult affliction, moditis :wacko2:. Unless you have a purist intent of keeping your bike 100% stock. Either way, your in the best club and welcome to the Kookalooo zone.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Welcome Morganim.  What part of Canada? We're planning northeast rally Maine/ New Hampshire for this summer.--the maritimes aren't too far away.

ah im in southwestern ontario... im not looking to keep the bike totally stock, some mods will be done to it as i have always done to my previous bikes.

i am headed down to the states at the end of july for a week to where else but deals gap (cant wait) wanted to go for a long time but never had the chance.

i work as a mechanic here so mods are in my realm of general tinkering with my bikes.

anyways nice to be welcomed

thanks

Hey Morgan. Welcome... :hi:...from Barrie Ontario. Good to see another fellow FJer from Ontario. Yup the 86 is the best lookin year fer sur.. :good2:
My bike started life around the Windsor area, and I bought it in 06 from a gentleman around the London area.
You are gonna love the bike, and have found the most knowledgeable group of bike owners anywhere.

Cheers...Jake

Ahoy, Captain Morgan,

Welcome neighbour! I 2nd Jake's comments :good2:!! I am from Napanee where life is getting pretty fast in the slow lane! Your answer to your question is always here from a great bunch of guys who really know their stuff.  I am drooling over the NorthEast Rally in the planning for the summer. Attending a Rally and a ride in the mountains would be cool. :good2:

Welcome to the club, Morgan.
As noted, this is a great site and group of people.  However, be careful if you find some one that's name begins with a "k" and sounds like "lady" :diablo:.  Would not even begin to imagine how to describe this one.  I have already probably baited him, so he should be here shortly.
