Good morning,

My name is Bart. I aḿ from Vlissingen, the Netherlands. My age is 40. I ride a motorcycle since age 18, with a small pause when the kids came to our life. I have owned several bikes, A suziki GS 750/850 Honda bol d'or  FJ1100 Honda CBX100 6 cyl and BMW R100. THen the kids came and I needed an extra car and I din not have any spare time, so the last motorcycle was sold. Now a have a bit more spare time so I bought a 1989 FJ1200. I drove it this summer and loved it again. It is a nice bike, but I want to improve it a little bit. This forum is an incredible source of information for me and I will start a thread in the mod section.

Happy to be here.

Hi Bart..... I was based in Vlissingen for a few months in the early 80s when I worked as a tour driver for an English company which leased MAN buses from your town.

Cheers
