Cut it down to a single bay and it would be my dream home. I tried to build something similar a few years ago and the bank would not loan the money, that was after I found and area that would zone it.

They're nice. On Sunday mornings during our particularly short summer season, AutoMotorPlex has "Cars & Cafe" and "Cycles & Cafe," a sort of a show-what-you-brought impromptu monthly car show (first Saturday) and monthly bike show (third Saturday). I've gone a number of times and seen some very wild rides, but I've also seen the condos.

The owners usually have them opened up to display their rides, and from what I understand, most of these units were originally custom built to order. While some of them are just garages with lofts and a sweet garage area, some of these are automotive palaces. Unfortunately, some of them are just indoor storage for $1M Prevost Motorcoaches; what a waste.

Anyway, if you ever find yourself in the Minneapolis area, early on a particular Saturday morning, look me up and we can check it out. As a bonus, the local DeLorean club usually shows up in full force (about 20 cars, if you like that sort of thing-which I don't) for the Cars & Cafe events.
