Fj1200 Screens

Can someone tell me if the screens on the different models of FJ1200 are interchangeable.
I have a 3XW from 1993 which I am rebuilding as a project. The bike came with a full standard fairing but no screen. Can anyone tell me if the 1TX or 3CV screens also fit the 3XW. I know the fairing on the 3XW was changed slightly to give more cover but there is no mention if the screen fitting was altered. Not bothered by height or flip top shape its if the screens all fit in the same hole on the fairing with the same bolt holes. Thanks.

Only screens from the 91 to 93 (96 out side the USA) will fit. The screen size and shape changed on each of the 4 generations. You can still find them for your year, the earlier years are seeing less supply. Use the search function, you will find many useful posts on different screens.

You could try this mob in Hamps. I've had this on my watch list for my 90 model, the screen of which, is identical to my previous 95 model (that got nicked). Sadly, the postage is a killer for me.
