...... I am looking for aftermarket brake rotors, that will fit a set of 02 FZ1 wheels. ..... They have them on E-Bay. But, they are in China and Honk Kong............ $50 for shipping
.. Does anyone know if I can find them here in the states??

Also, where would be the best place to get a set of progressive 100lbs. springs for the forks??
               thanks, Jeff

Arnie

Can't help you with the rotors.

I think you want 1.0 kg/mm springs for the forks.  You can get them directly from Race-Tech or Sonic Springs, or from their dealers.  I believe that Traxxion supply Race-Tech springs.

Hello Jeff,  Arnie is spot on, you need 1.0kg straight rate springs.
As far as brake rotors, if you go to the EBC website and look in the index you will find a part number for the rotors for your FZR wheel. Write that part number down and you can cross reference that same part number with different bikes. Good info. to know when hunting on FleaBay.

Caution: the FZR uses 320mm dia. rotors but front brake caliper mounting points on the lower slider of the FJ fork is set up for 298mm rotors. A 320mm rotor will not fit on a FJ lower slider.
The rotor bolt pattern on my '92 FZR rim is the same as the pattern on the '89+FJ rim, but again, the FZR rotor is larger at 320mm. You can use a '89+ FJ rotor (298mm) on your FZR rim.

Cheers!

.. I am checking on EBC website now.

Using that same train of thought I managed to score a brand new EBC rotor for the rear of mine for $25 on a BIN. Patience is a virtue they tell me, but I was just happy to save a bunch of dough.
