I just put a v&h on my 86 1200. I don't have a center stand stop installed. Is there going to be a big issue with not having it?

Take the center stand and move it up and down as if you are hitting large bumps. Does it crash into anything you don't want hammered over time? I am still youing with the idea of adding a magnet to help hold the CS up now that the spring is weak with age and use.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
