Installed pilot jet 40,finally lifted my needle jet,now i gotta chug.surg at low speed not horri le but its thier, any ideas?

You changed two things, larger pilot jets and raised the needles. I doubt its the #40 jets and the needles are easy to put back where they were without removing the carbs. When trouble shooting, it is good to make only one change at a time. So try the needles back where they were and see if the "chug.surg" is affected.

I think you'll also need to adjust the idle mixture for the new pilots -- do that first since it will overlap with the other adjustment you are making
