Hi there;
Electric is not my best talent but in my project it's time to move on :)
The relays and CDI unit are  moved under seat  , I decide all cables rode under the tank through the seat. All goes well but I have doubts about if it's secure to put the cables over the engine? Other way, gas tank and fuel level cables are ok in standart design.That means it's not much hot to ruin the harness.. What's your opinion?. Am I too concerned for issues? :empathy3:

How it seems when tank is on.

Well since you asked, my opinion is, yes you should be concerned. There is a reason Yamaha located that wire bundle under the right side frame rail.
Where is the heat shield on your tank? Those fuel gauge sender wires should not be exposed like your picture shows.
The heat issue aside, the sharp edge of the carb heat shield will not play nice with your wire bundle.

I don't think heat will be a problem (the fuel gauge wires seem to have survived) and you'll find wiring in much hotter places on cars but as Pat says, chafing would worry me most. The engine vibrates, the frame doesn't, and are sure the tank fits properly? it's not full engaged at the front in the photo.

Engineers put more thought into routing wiring than just running it down any available space.
Unless that tape you've wrapped it in is something special, I don't think it would stand the heat.

When you said "run it through the seat" I assume you meant under.

Citing throttle cables is a poor example of the wirings ability to handle heat. It is also common to see cables rubbed through where they brush against the engine!

I might have missed something here but why are you relocating it anyway?
