FJ1100 MINI SAND RAIL AWESOMENESS

Hey guys how's it goin! New to the site here!  So I have to be honest.. I don't actually have a 1985 FJ1100 motorcycle unfortunately but I do have a crazy mini sand rail thing with a 1985 FJ1100 motor in it and I bought it non running sitting for two year and I have replaced the battery Cdi fuel pump fuel filter cleaned the carbs bought new ignition coils and everything is super darn crazy close to being functional but. I can't seem to get a spark. No fuses are blown and power is going in and out of the ignition coils but alas still no spark... Makes me so sad and I'm frustrated and ran out of ideas of what to check or do or replace any hep would be grand! See pictures down below! It's got a 4 into 1 free flowing exhaust and when I had the carbs apart they looked like someone took a drill bit and just went right through the jets and opened them up! Hahaha I was told it used to shoot flames out of the exhaust. The guy said he got pulled over off road going over 100 Hahahah so it should be a kick in the pants! It's really really light weight I can pick up any side and deadlift it easily I want it to run really really badly so please help hahah also if anyone has a wiring diagram that would be awesome to have
