Mystery bolt and conical spring washer?

I have bought a 1988 FJ1200 that has been partly built after a crash and now getting reassembled.
As I've not had a fj1200 before I'm trying to workout what is missing etc.
On the detachable frame rails there is tube section that lines up with a bottom engine mount that the part's list
has a bolt and nut and a conical spring washer  bolt through.
Anybody fill me in on this as it looks way too big for something not to be in that tube section that the bolt passes through.

Conical spring washer part # 90208-10039-00

I hope I'm not asking too many silly questions!
The workshop manual is no help either.

Cheers Ian.

Ian, the conical washer is part#13 in the link below. This is an '84 model but it should be the same for yours. Regards, Pete.

I see that there is a rubber mount that goes into that hole on the detachable frame rail(both sides).
I actually see that it is in the parts list but in the crankcase diagram.
So I've been through the box off bits I have and all the bits are there.
Problem solved!

Cheers Ian.
