I have bought a 1988 FJ1200 that has been in a crash and the ignitor unit(35K 82305-01-00) has a cracked case.
I'm not at the point yet where I can see if it works but is there anybody on the forum that repairs them
or are there aftermarket replacements?

I put a small crack (actually a chunk of plastic was missing) in my ignitor unit because of a crash.  I just glued a piece of plastic over the hole and sealed it for good measure and reinstalled. Works perfectly. Test it first on the bike.
