Got it set to base settings and it idles now under 1200 and has some hesitation when opening the throttle. definitely needs tuning lol but I don't have any more issues with hanging when letting off the throttle. the carbs were way off some of the plates were closed and some were open lol. Thanks everyone. :)

Great, now just play with the mixture. Turn the screws in a half turn on all 4 and blip the throttle ..if it got better go n 1/4 turn next. Or you may have to turn them out. Thiswill get you good enough to ride.

Next you will need a manometer for proper carb balance..you can build one from some clear plastic tube ,a yard stick, and transmission fluid...search the files for instructions...
Good job .

Well got it all up and running, got a new front tire installed, hit about 40 and my front master cylinder went out :/  How hard is it to rebuild these? and are master cylinders from 1100 and 1200's the same?? It's apparently from a salvage bike it has 88 FZ600 on the side in white paint. Where can i get a rebuild kit for it if possible. Im so close to riding it lol. May have to wait till next week to go get my license :/

The MCs are the same.

Rebuilding is not hard, provided you have snap ring pliers.

If you don't have the pliers, it can still be done, but anyone within earshot may need hearing protection.
