Hi,

I have this strange "thing" connected to my battery and I simply can't figure out what it is?

It is this round black cylinder with a grey plug at one end and a red and blue wire comming out of the other end. The red wire goes to battery + and the blue wire goes to battery GND.

This is how it looks inside:

Anyone who knows what it is?

"Cigarette Lighter" style accessory power outlet.

You could plug in a phone charger, or heated vest, or some other 12-volt accessory, and run the cord up into your tank-bag when on a longer ride.

Thank you  :good2:

Lick your finger. Stick it in the socket. You'll never forget what that thing is. (replace blown fuse)
