Banned? I think not. Was your construct funny? I thought it was but probably not appropriate constructed of other members comments. It is to easy to misinterpret other members comments when taken out of context. Ride safer than me. Dave

Anyone who would PM you or complain about that post really needs to get over themselves.

Its interesting that some of us consider ourselves to be so much more knowledgeable about motorcycles than everyone else without ever actually meeting the majority of us or knowing our backgrounds. You would think they had something to gain (or lose) from posting here.

Generally I ignore the 'experts' and write them off as a waste of my time. I suggest you do likewise.

Yeah, Cooper, I thought you were just joining in.. Banned, gotta do way more than that to get banned. Moved to the NSFW area maybe in extreme cases.. Funny is in the mind of the beholder.. you remember the constipation conversations?

Interesting observation you make Fan. Regardless of what people claim about their experience, knowledge and qualifications or whether you have met them or have knowledge of their background, their posts are the great leveller, they tell all! They tell you all you need to know about what they know, the more posts, the clearer the picture.

I take information here purely on it's merit, without bias and regardless of who posted it and what claims they make. Good info is good info, doesn't matter who puts it out there.

People post tech advice, not to gain anything but to be helpful, whether they are not doesn't matter. There are a few though that see it as an opportunity to tell the world how much they know.

Disclaimer: This is not a veiled dig at you, just a general observation.
