Hi,

Just got my first FJ 1100 and found this fantastic forum. Impressive amounts of information  :good2:

My bike is a FJ 1100 from 1985. I also own a Yamaha SR500 (big single) from 1978.

It is in reasonable condition for a 30 year old bike, but needs a little TLC. The motor sounds good and pulls strong in all gears.

1985 - Yamaha FJ1100 36Y
1978 - Yamaha SR500
1983 - Kawasaki GPZ550 (sold)
1977 - Kawasaki Z400 (sold)

Welcome !  Your FJ looks fine.  Nice to keep them going and in daily service.  As you noted plenty of good information and help here.   :drinks:
