Rally Medical Information Form

This has not been discussed for a few years so I thought I would bring it up. It is not mandatory, you will not be asked to produce a copy before a rally ride, it just seems like a good idea. We never plan to brake rule #1 but it seems to happen at least once in a while at our rallies. Plan for the worst, pray for the best...
