I'd say it's an FJ, you can see the frame going around the headstock, obviously a street fighter. At the 11 minute mark on the video it looks like their throwing shit at him to try and knock him off.

Sounded like the motor was giving up the ghost. If he's stupid enough to try outrunning cops-on straight (or any) roads he's surely not smart enough to check the oil. What a dolt!
