It's just unthinkable that someone who brought laughter, entertainment, and joy to millions of people around the world could be haunted by such demons.

Huge hole in the fabric of life.

His HBO concert in San Francisco way back at the beginning of his career is a classic.  I think I wore out the VHS tape.
