5/5 stars. They are straight to the point and have never let me down. I have brought various bikes here multiple times and they have always surpassed expectations.

-They tell it to you straight what's wrong. They don't dance about telling you need something if you don't *cough* every mechanic in Phoenix *cough*
-They over estimate cost and give worst case scenario, only to end up paying waaay under quoted price and ridiculously cheaper than other places.
-All dudes who live to ride and truly care.
-Fast fast fast. I've brought my bike in when they were absolutely packed full and they got the job done faster than I expected.
-They always do something extra like new spark plugs, chain adjust and oil, or detail the engine a bit for free (if they have down time).

Yelp reviews says it all really, this was just my personal experience with them.

PS. They may seem stressed/not so nice but that's because they're always busy and don't like to waste time.
