Did some work today on my 89, and an update on the Pirelli Sport Demons. I had the tires installed just over 2 weeks ago, have logged 980 miles on 'em. Lotsa twisties here in Colorado, and I love them. Makes the deficiencies in my front suspension much more noticable. Am planning on rebuild kit from RPM and new springs in a month or so, and

Did an oil change with Valvoline 20w50, and added 15% Lucas Oil Stabilizer to the oil....Total drained and added just over 3 quarts. Yes there was some old oil left in the case, I had to drain from the oil cooler line and couldn't get it all. My 4-1 exhaust blocks the drain plug, and the Fumoto drain plug is still unreachable. Taking off the exhaust is a royal pain in the ass, maybe next time the exhaust will come off. I only went about 2k since my last change, so I'm not to concerned.

Also scored some sweet Oxford Panniers from craigslist, no more backpack......
