A group of 21 riders from Wichita Rode to Historic Route 66 in Warwick, OK. 300 miles round trip. I won't bore anyone with the route there. 90% of the roads in Kansas and Oklahoma are straight, no mountains and the curves are all at 90 degrees.  :sarcastic:

First stop was in Newkirk, Ok.

A few needed to top off with fuel and we headed on into Stillwater, OK and Eskimo Joe's for lunch.

After getting our fill in the Shadow of The Oklahoma State University football stadium, we continued heading south towards Route 66 and the Seaba Station Motorcycle Museum.

Number 864 of 2000 Henderson Excelsior's built during the 2 years that Henderson motorcycles was resurrected.

A view of Route 66 and The Seaba Station.

Next on the stops was a really interesting soda shop called Pops in Arcadia, OK, also on Route 66.

10 days after the Silver Bullet was rear ended, the 300+ miles was handled without issue. A pillion rider was even added. A new tail light from RPM was installed and quite a few hours with a hand torch, a Ford wrench, elbow grease and a garage full of spare parts has the Silver Bullet about in shape for the Central Rally. This ride was kind of a shake down test for the 360 mile ride the Arkansas.
