Buying FJ1200 Need help (Etobicoke, Ontario area)

Im in Ottawa and the Bike is in Etobicoke.
I was there this weekend to check out and test drive it. It made a bit of sound but it seems like a common Fj issue/commin maintenance issue. I oassed on it but Id like to get it now.

Is there anyone in the etobicoke area with the means to pick up the bike and take it to a mechanic to be safetied? The seller refuses to sell conditional on safety but will allow me to arrange a safety so long as its before Wednesday. I will pay for safety and fuel and a case of beer (or whatever) if someone has a trailer or the means to get the bike to be looked at.

Backstory: I got a bike in cobourg for just over $1k but when I got it back and checked out it needs over $2k of repairs. Ugh. The one in etobicoke is in much better condition and should hopefully fare better at safety, but I dont want to drop another $2k only to have the safety fail again.
