and this comparison from 1986. Some good info. The reviewers prefered the Gsxr-1100 for an all around bike, but I've always wondered if statistics exist to show on a percentage basis how many of a given bike are still registered and on the road for a given year.

I thought it interesting that the fuel consumption was 33.8mpg in 1986.
