I rode with Terry many times and rode with his group in San Diego a few times. I was shocked to see this email to the group.

I'm so sorry to let everyone know that our friend, and original  founder of the San Diego North County Wild Hogzz, Terry Kohn has passed away.   Yesterday he was killed in motorcycle vs car accident at the base of Mt. Palomar.  Many of the long-term members of this group remember Terry and his focused passion for riding motorcycles.  He started the Wild Hogzz in 2010 and led many rides over a couple of years.  He was always posting tips and videos to help all riders better their skills, and most recently started his own group "One Ten Thirty One".  I will email everyone again as soon as I have more information regarding funeral services.  Please keep Terry, and his wife Lauren, in your thoughts today.

He loved riding like we all do, with a passion....

Terrible News -- my heart goes out to his family. I rode with him a few times and even with his group -- the other club he was with.     I don't get the local news anymore so was not aware of the accident.  I found the below -- according to the article he may have been in too much of a hurry as it was at the beginning of the run where the road is straight---moved out to pass a vehicle while another was ahead turning into the camp.  The time is probably PM not AM  --- no reason to hit those curves at midnight.

Very sad news indeed
