Damn!

Thought i was rid of the electrical issue.. But, lights out again :(

Took it for a friend that would have a look, tok off the entire "coverage" (dont know the english word, the huge plastic frameing in front.. No wires are worn or torn, opened some isolation from some wires, not troubles there..

Lubricated some contackts, and it seemed to work fine.. Pulled the throttle, and poff, there the fuse went again.. We did like that a few times, and at last,, it seemed as everything worked, but on my road again home i pulled the throttle, and poff... Lights out again :(

Damn! Annoying problem to have :(
When I had that prob (On two FJ`s) I had HID Chinese aftermarket lighting system. (The fault was probably in the heat affected sealed Ballast). Changed back to standard and added a relay to overcome Voltage drop and upgraded H4 globes. Much more reliable for me. (Though I accept some aftermarket HID systems may be better than others.)

Thanx for the reply :) Just wondering if this can be the issue, as it worked for suck a long time, and now suddenly, there is a problem :/ We get the lights back when we had cleaned all contacts, actually took a test drive, and all good.. But suddenly when using the throttle, the fuse burned again :(
